Race Day - Being an owner, shared owner or a syndicate member in a racehorse can be exciting and is becoming more popular in this ever growing sport.

Owners of a horse nominated and accepted in a thoroughbred meeting at Ladbrokes Park Elwick, Hobart are eligible for two owners passes for the allocated race day, which can be collected upon entry at the main gate.

Owners passes grant you

  • Free gate entry on the day

  • Entry into our exclusive Owners & Trainers area in the Conquering Room

  • Entry to the Mounting Yard

  • Entry to the stabling area where you can view your horse and speak with your trainer

Conquering Bar - Owners & Trainers - Situated on the ground floor at the eastern end of the venue at Ladbrokes Park Elwick Racecourse, Hobart, the Conquering Room offers trackside views, contemporary furnishings and betting facilities. This is a fantastic area to meet with fellow owners & trainers and have direct access to the mounting yard if your horse is lucky enough to win on a TRC race day.

Wining owners can purchase official photos of their horse on course, Bill is located in the bar next to the Mounting Yard. If you are unable to be at the track on the day you can contact Bill on the details below.

Entry - Members are granted free entry to every meeting on the racing calendar.

Race Days - Members are granted access to the members lounge on race days.

Food & Beverage - All members can grab a bite to eat from the a la cart menu and enjoy our cold refreshments from the Lanesborough Bar.

TRC Dress Standards - The dress code has been updated to reflect modern fashion and will apply to all TRC race meetings. Whilst we are happy to embrace change we are committed to keeping our Members areas stylish and classy. This Members Dress Code guide should assist to clarify some of the common grey areas, however TRC reserves the right to refuse entry to any person considered inappropriately attired.

Women: TRC is a progressive Club and has adapted it's dress code to suit current fashion trends. Ladies are expected to maintain a suitable standard of dress in keeping with the distinction of the Members Reserve.

NOT PERMITTED: Any variation of runner including joggers, sandals, and thongs. Tracksuits, hoodies, beanies and any clothing revealing excessive bare midriff.

Mens - Gentlemen (including children 13 & over) are required to wear a collared shirt with tailored trousers or chinos - no tie is required. Suit coat, sports coat or blazer is optional. Dress shoes or leather shoes must be worn.

NOT PERMITTED: Any variation of runner including joggers, sandals, and thongs. Tracksuits, hoodies, beanies, snapbacks and sporting guernseys.
